Help w/ selling

Is this account selling illegal?
And, say if I had a Level 99 account (That's highest u can get right?), how much could it sell for?

um 136 is the highest you can get

Like I was saying earlier - price depends on items and stats. My level 31 would probably sell for more than an average level 80 (imo)... Would sell close to a level 90/100 if I didn't give it away.

Buying and selling are both as bad as each other. same goes for anything within RS; money, items... Using RSGP it's "legal" but using real moneys is baaaad. Okay, so nothing will happen, just a ban... But still, in my opinion it's not worth the trouble. Selling the account you don't waste your money if it gets banned, you get the money. However, that person is likely to be pissed off and "hunt you down" or whatever. You've just got to be really careful when using real money for buying anything game related on websites like this one.

The max in p2p is 138, in f2p it is 126!
and it all depends on stats and worthwhile of account!
