RULES: What Makes A Scammer/ Spammer

I highly doubt that there's going to be any confusion over what constitutes as a scammer. One thing you might want to clear up now, before there's any confusion, is what do YOU constitute as a spammer?

Scammer - when your in a trade and and someone steals you account or money this is called a scammer.

Spammer - someone that types random letters or post there site to advertise it in threads, this is called a spammer
