About the rules.

Since you've said "no asking to be mod or admin" - okay, good rule - makes sense. I think it would be an idea to start a new topic stating what you need to do in order to become a mod or admin. This way, if anyone does ask, you can just redirect them to the post. You've mentioned all around the site "if you do this you can get this" but that requires people reading all the posts on the site, and let's be honest... No one does that - if they did I'm sure some people would have something to say about what I've been posting.

Anyway... I just think it would be an idea to put all the things you can do in one place - save time for people. Plus, it can save time for you. You don't have to say "go here, here, and here so you can understand how to become a mod" you can just go "go here" and give them whatever 'punishment' you think they should get for asking to be a mod/admin.
